I am a Mental Health Nurse specialising in ADHD and autism assessments. I previously worked within a Crisis Team, providing acute mental health support and risk management. I am experienced in using assessment tools such as the Heidi and the DV5 to support accurate clinical decision‑making.

I have a strong background in mental health nursing, beginning with frontline work alongside the police to support individuals in acute distress. I then moved into a Crisis Team role, where I provided rapid assessment, risk management, and intensive short‑term intervention. I now specialise in neurodevelopmental assessments, focusing on ADHD and autism, using structured tools and clinical judgement to support accurate diagnosis and care planning.

I originally studied Law many years ago before retraining in Mental Health Nursing. A few years ago, I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing, and more recently I obtained a specialist certificate in ADHD along with additional autism‑assessment training. This educational background underpins my current work assessing patients for ADHD and autism using structured, evidence‑based tools.
