With an engineering background and project management skills (highways, utilities and civil engineering industry), I am able to assess engineering designs and quantify risk vs opportunities to bring the whole team together and delivery best value for money. I have extensive experience in dealing with NEC3 contracts, all aspects of finances, CEs, EWNs, and ECIs. I have several years of local government experience with early years of my career as a client and latter working for contractors.
