I am a Project and Asset Manager with an engineering background and over five years of experience in engineering, delivering infrastructure projects. I have managed Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) upgrades on the M25 network while working with Connect Plus Services, a joint venture between Egis, AtkinsRéalis, and Balfour Beatty. My role involves overseeing projects from initiation to completion, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and implementing practical solutions to improve efficiency.
Before moving into management, I worked as a multi-skilled engineer with expertise in mechanical systems, Programmable Logic Controller (PLCs), and maintenance planning. I hold an MSc in Advanced
Engineering Project Management, As Principal Contactor in my current role, I have sound understanding of health and safety requirements which enables me to combine technical understanding with effective project delivery.

● Prepare and issue Package Acquisition Plans (ePAPs) with complete tender documentation.
● Develop and maintain Construction Phase Plans (CPPs) in compliance with CDM 2015.
● Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
● Coordinate works in live traffic environments, ensuring CDM and National Highways compliance.
● Manage subcontractor meetings, contractual instructions, and governance processes.
● Drive risk identification and escalation via Early Warning Notices.
● Ensure site safety compliance: RAMS approval, inductions, medicals, and drug testing.
● Oversee project financials: Issue Subcontractor Instructions (SCIs), invoicing, purchase orders, and cost forecasting.
● Manage site-sharing forums to optimise road closures.
● Implement asset digitisation (barcoding and real-time scanning).

● Lead onboarding of specialist suppliers for survey and repair services.
● Act as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer under CDM Regulations.
