Office and Operations Administrator — True Adventure, Guildford

September 2025 - Present

• Assisted the Operations Manager and wider operations team with administration and logistics, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Managed the company CRM system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely distribution of information in line with the True Adventure Programme.
• Coordinated overseas school expeditions to multiple global destinations, supporting itinerary design tailored to client needs and in-country requirements.. 
• Acted as the first point of contact for clients, parents, schools, and prospective customers, delivering professional customer service and clear communication.
• Supported sales and marketing functions by preparing contracts, generating reports, and assisting with email campaigns.

May 2025 - September 2025

•  Coordinated overseas expeditions for school groups to several different locations worldwide.
• Assisted in cultivating personalized itineraries specific to destination locations and client requests.
• Primary point of contact to answer any queries between schools, parents, in country agents and the rest of the head office operations team to ensure efficient and quality planning, communication and safety. 
• Delivered pre-departure training including safety briefings, cultural orientation, equipment briefings and expedition planning workshops. 
• Monitored expedition outcomes through feedback forms, incident reports and post expedition briefings and reviews. 

February 2025

• Assisted the instructor in leading ski school groups down the mountain on various terrain and weather conditions.
• Helped teach exercises and drills to children of a wide variety of ages and skill sets to improve their skiing techniques and build their confidence. 
• Ensured that all students had the proper equipment and that all gear was checked in and out of the ski school quickly and efficiently. 
• Provided the parents with a full report on their child’s skiing progress along with any incidents and accidents that may have occurred throughout the day. 

Summer 2024

• Organized all of the logistics for activities and excursions for large groups of summer school students. This included booking coaches, attraction tickets, packed lunches, venue spaces and special requests. 
• Ran weekly meetings with staff and customers and was the main point of contact for any questions, queries and requests in regards to activities. 
• Managed a team of people to help execute activities. This included creating the rota’s, training new staff members and thoroughly prepping all activities; both onsite and offsite, for the junior staff. 
• Created a weekly programme with varied activities and excursions for a wide range of ages and interests. 

September 2022 - December 2023 

• Helped plan and organize live music events.
• Worked in a team to arrange the logistics of a live event, from checking out equipment and managing social media accounts to promoting ticket sales.
• Marketed and promoted live events to a target audience. 
• Found a variety of potential new artists and recommended them to the label.

• Aided the instructor in teaching dance classes to children.
• Choreographed numbers for showcases and recitals. 
• Helped make sure every child learned the steps and skills correctly, and were confident with them. 
• Managed the children backstage during recitals making sure everyone was in the correct costume and got out onstage in time.
