I was trained in a variety of tasks such as how to operate the tills, the standards of the shop floor such as folding, replenishment, everything size ordered. A lot of my job entailed me to help customers find the product that works best with them, it was about an experience that we as the staff create for them. Even if they don't purchase anything that day, I wanted to create an experience that would make them want to return.

I have been left reviews by customers who said they really enjoyed my service, that I helped them find the items they wanted and I made their shopping more enjoyable.

I have been trained in various things such as folding, replenishment, fitting rooms, running etc. This allowed me to use my skills from past jobs to do it well. They are a store that prides itself in its clean and tidy appearance so I made sure to make the sections I was allocated exceptionally tidy. Customers have left me reviews for the staff to see how helpful I was which always lifted my spirits and makes me take pride in giving great customer service.
