As a Year 4 class teacher, I bring a unique journey to the classroom. Having initially joined the school as a PGCE student, I was invited again through my agency to stay on as a full-time Year 4 teacher. My adept use of effective behavior management strategies ensures a harmonious learning environment, fostering both respect and discipline. This success was the result of a year-long strategy that included monitoring progress, implementing diverse learning approaches, and fostering a supportive class culture where students practiced and supported each other each morning.
