During my 7 years as a teacher, I have been able to achieve the highest of standards. I have contributed wholeheartedly to the ethos of The Discovery Academy. I have developed an excellent range of strategies to facilitate the understanding of and meeting the needs of children.
Responsibility and professionalism are of the utmost importance in my classroom practice. I have developed my schemes of learning and teaching resources meeting needs across the spectrum of ability. My subject specialism is Ceramics, although I am passionate about all areas of the art and design curriculum.
With my excellent behavior management skills and positive relationships with learners, I can provide a challenging but stimulating environment. I understand and exemplify the responsibilities that come with teaching children and the high expectations that every school has for their students.
