I supported the delivery of Autism and ADHD assessments for children and adults across private and NHS Right to Choose pathways. Managed a large caseload and worked within a multidisciplinary team to deliver assessments in line with NICE guidelines. I conducted ADHD assessment interviews (including DIVA-5), school observations, and information gathering from parents, teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals.
I administered, scored, and interpreted psychometric measures (ABAS, Conners-4, GAD-7, PHQ-9, SDQ, RCADS), cognitive assessments (WISC/WAIS), and QB Checks to support diagnostic decision-making. I led multidisciplinary formulation meetings, presented assessment findings, and contributed to diagnostic recommendations. I prepared high-quality assessment reports under supervision, showing strong clinical assessment, formulation, communication, organisational, and multidisciplinary working skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Mental Health Support Worker - Care in Mind

I supported young people aged 16–25 with complex mental health needs and neurological conditions within a least restrictive model of care. Administered and electronically recorded medication, completed monthly audits using IT systems, and worked collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, psychiatrists, clinical nurse specialists, and social workers. I contributed to psychological formulations under the supervision of a clinical psychologist and supported the delivery of person-centred care.
Lead, I facilitated community-based activities to promote independence and skill development and led monthly mutual-help meetings to develop action plans, review progress, and support service user engagement and recovery.
Support Worker - Oasis Communities

Supporting adults with a drug and /or alcohol addiction through a detox programme. Reviewing care plans, running educational sessions on emotional regulation and reflection. Supporting their life stories and working through Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Working closely with mental health nurses with the administration of medication and liaising with doctors and clinicians.

I offered companionship and emotional support to patients across a range of hospital wards, offering a friendly and approachable presence on a weekly basis. Worked collaboratively with fellow volunteers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to support patient wellbeing and help ensure individual care needs were met. I developed strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and empathy skills through regular interaction with patients experiencing a range of physical and mental health conditions.
