During my work experience at Mercure Hotel London Bridge, I gained valuable hands-on experience across various departments. My responsibilities included room preparation and arrangement, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest comfort. I also assisted with front-of-house duties, attending to guest inquiries and needs with a compassionate and helpful approach.

Furthermore, I supported administrative tasks by handling paperwork and contributing to the efficient operation of the hotel. This diverse experience allowed me to develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
