I currently lead the daily operation of a busy customer centred food business, maintaining high standards of service, safety and efficiency. I manage and support team members, including employee training, development and ongoing supervision. Additionally I encourage positive customer experiences and customer engagement and retention through attentive and tailored service.

During a shift my focus is maintaining strong standards of food hygiene, allergy awareness, health and safety and general workplace compliance. I consistently support effective waste management and recycling practices, with a focus on reducing unnecessary waste and improving environmental responsibility. As the manager take responsibility for resolving day-to-day operational and customer issues in a professional and solutions-focused manner.

I have a strong organisational role within the business as routines and procedures are key to consistency and maintenance of hygiene standards. Outside of shift time I manage and develop the business's social media communications and marketing activity to increase customer engagement and promote the business
