Food and Beverage Team Member - Hilton - Newbury

My responsibilities includes, ensuring that the guests are happy and enjoying their stay at the hotel, setting up the restaurant for either breakfast, lunch or dinner, polishing cutlery, room service, operating the till by serving customers and promoting exceptional customer service. Additionally, I have to make and serve drinks at the bar as well as keeping it clean and tidy. Additionally, I do cash-up sometimes beginning of shift, stock-takes, changing barrels/beer-line cleaning etc.

I also manage the bar by serving customers and delivering great service, making tea and coffees, make cocktails, stocking up the fridges in bar. I also do breakfast shifts by ensuring guests are happy, making sure all breakfast stock is replenished, clearing and resetting tables. Additionally, I managed conferences by ensuring their tea/coffee breaks were on time and refreshing the room.

I also train new starters and manage the team by delegating jobs to them and supporting each other. I also manage the bar by serving customers and delivering great service, making tea and coffees, make cocktails, stocking up the fridges in bar. I also help out in the kitchen making desserts, and helping with the washing up.
