Expert in both shaping strategic solutions as well as delivering these – via complex programmes, including market-wide regulatory initiatives (Operational Resilience, DORA, NYDFS, Consumer Duty, Consumer Protection Code and the Brazilian Insurance Contracts Act) and technical/business change. Adept at building and developing high-performing teams – including management of 9 senior programme and project managers, business analysts and process architects – embedding best practice and influencing at all levels. With over 25 years in the insurance and reinsurance industry, I have built a career leading change and transformation across major insurers, reinsurers, brokers, syndicates, and Lloyd’s. I currently head a team of nine senior project managers, business analysts, and process architects at Beazley, where I deliver large-scale regulatory, strategic, and technical programmes—including the implementation of GRC tools and underwriting platforms, and spearheading compliance initiatives such as DORA, NYDFS, Consumer Duty, and more. My previous roles at AXIS Capital, Tysers, Lloyd’s, and other market leaders have seen me drive operational excellence, transform PMO models, and lead cross-functional teams through complex migrations, process improvements, and regulatory reporting.

Throughout my career, I have established governance frameworks, embedded best practices, and fostered cultures of accountability and continuous improvement, consistently aligning change initiatives with organisational strategy and market requirements.

I hold multiple professional certifications, including Cert CII (Chartered Insurance Institute), Agile PM Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and BCS Business Analysis. In addition, I am nearing completion of a Level 5 degree apprenticeship in London Market Management and Leadership, further strengthening my expertise in insurance sector strategy, operational leadership, and market best practices.
