IKEA Kitchen services UK -Planning and Installation consultant 01/2021 – Current

• In this current role I am involved within many roles within the kitchen services.
• My current team are the ‘PIV' team which stands for Pre- Installation visit which is making sure the kitchen is functionable, looks great and fits for a customers desired space, so involves Kitchen design on their digital CAD programmes, analysing reports from installers and creating changes, emailing customers daily as well as having first-hand contact with installers, customers and co- workers across the whole of the UK.
• In the team I am in, only a few of us who cover the pre and post design of the entire of the UK's customers for IKEA kitchens with installations, this has taught me patience, and how to work in a particularly busy and fast paced environment and how to adjust to this pace and perform my daily tasks correctly and efficiently.

University of Derby- Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design September 2017- July 2020

I received a First-class honours in Textile design based on High-end interiors for boutique hotels and Hospitality industry or High-end homes.
