Hannah Girvan

I graduated last year with a First Class Honours Degree in Film and Media studies. Since then, I have been teaching English in Thailand where I was a homeroom kindergarten teacher. I also tutored 1-1 and small groups of children aged 3-8 in my spare time. I am super passionate about working with children and find it so rewarding watching their confidence in speaking English grow. I am very enthusiastic and optimistic and I love to bring these qualities to my job.

I have worked as a kindergarten homeroom teacher at Beaconhouse Yamsaard School, Thailand for six months, teaching phonics, maths and imaginative based learning to 3 year old children. Additionally, I was a private ESL tutor at a language school - working with children aged 3-8 to improve their reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.

I have a First Class Honours Degree in BA Film and media studies.
