- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.
- Assisting students with their academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
- Delivering one-to-one and small-group support tailored to individual learning plans.
- Supporting positive behaviour management strategies and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to meet students' needs.
- Building positive relationships with students to encourage confidence, engagement, and independence.
- Adapting to different school settings and supporting a variety of age groups and learning needs.

- Assisted classroom teachers in delivering educational programs and activities, including in SEN schools.
- Provided one-on-one support to children with special educational needs, tailoring approaches to meet individual learning requirements.
- Supported students with diverse learning needs, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
- Supervised students during lessons and breaks, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
- Prepared classroom materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborated with teachers to assess student progress and adapt approaches as needed.
ADMINISTRATOR - EBRAHIM COLLEGE

- Follow Child Protection procedures for all visitors.
- Responding to telephone/email enquiries from parents and public.
- Organising and receiving parcels and deliveries.
- Ensure that up-to-date records for Student Leave permission letters are maintained.
- Support the Central Office team in carrying out the day-to-day administrative requirements of the Senior Leadership Team and teaching staff.
- Work to deadlines in a calm and confident manner when under pressure.
