Volunteering – Mental Health

I have outstanding listening skills and can work effectively in a team and independently. An example of this is when I progressed from a retail assistant to becoming a toy expert, where one of the additional responsibilities I gained included teaching new team members how to complete daily tasks. In recent years, I have developed valuable and transferable skills, such as clear, confident communication, as well as actively listening and resolving customer queries.
My problem-solving skills have allowed me to tackle complex challenges, such as finding the correct car seat for specific parents' needs. I have always desired to grow and learn more with every opportunity available. I am organised and dedicated to my work and seek new responsibilities where possible, such as travelling and assisting in opening new stores abroad.
I am reliable and committed and will go beyond my standard duties to help others, including staying late or coming in early to assist with tasks.
