Hannah McAteer

I’m a production designer, dresser and a creative project manager from Dublin, based in London. I graduated from Design for Stage and Screen in 2018 and have worked in the events and commercials industries since 2019. With the combination of my creative experience and practical qualifications, I am involved in the process from start to finish.

I pride myself on delivering the highest standard expected by my clients. My ability to work and adapt under pressure is one of my most important qualities helping me thrive in ever-changing and fast moving industries.

I graduated from the Institute of Art, Design and Technology Dun Laoghaire with a First Class Honours in Design for Stage and Screen specialising in Character Design. I worked in retail during college and then after meeting the production designer Kate Moylan in 2019 began to work as a freelancer in event dressing and art department on commercials. In 2022, I was hired full time as a Senior Design and Creative Project Manager by Kate Moylan working for her two companies; Kate Moylan Design and Merry Maker.

I helped with the establishment of her Christmas Decoration company Merry Maker in 2022, assisting with sourcing, logistics and creative direction. I have multiple qualifications and skills which help me work and adapt to every project including a MEWP License, Drivers License, Graphic Design Diploma and Safe Pass Course.

I graduated from the Institute of Art, Design and Technology Dun Laoghaire with a First Class Honours in Design for Stage and Screen specialising in Character Design.
