• Secured £60,000 in corporate sponsorship from Leica Geosystems over a six-year partnership, leading delivery of the Crime Scene House facility.
• Forensic Programme Director for six MSc programmes and Course Director for the MSc in Forensic Investigation, responsible for strategic direction, curriculum, quality assurance and stakeholder relationships across a portfolio involving more than 30 academic and professional services staff.
• Line managed a team of five staff; worked directly with the University's student support team to implement reasonable adjustments for students with additional needs.
• Designed and established specialist forensic entomology and analytical chemistry laboratories, including a police-standard evidence facility, managing procurement, layout and operating procedures.
