As an environmental professional, I have gained the knowledge through my studies to work in the community, support local improvement, and positively impact the city. I have a good background working with the public and feel that this helps with my communication skills and being able to communicate with different types of people. I have also gained extensive knowledge and understanding of legislation of enforcement and licencing relating to Environmental pollution.
I have also gained knowledge of statutory Nuisance and regulation. Through my studies, I have gained knowledge and understanding of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act relating to the collection of effective evidence and investigative techniques including legal and court procedures. I have also gained extensive knowledge and understanding of Health and safety at workplace legislation and codes of practice.
