About

I'm a North West born, Musical Theatre 2026 graduate with a keen interest in advancing within the TV production industry. I currently volunteer my time to a community radio station local to my university- allowing me to expand my skills and knowledge of radio broadcasting and editing. With years of retail experience and customer service under my belt, I am confident with working in fast paced environments whilst under pressure.

I'm effective independently and as part of a team. After my three years of drama school training I'm well adversed in adapting to new scenarios and environments- all while keeping calm and positive.

Experience

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR at THE RANGE (2020-01 – 2024-12)

Ensured the smooth running of the cashier sector, maintaining high customer satisfaction whilst guiding and monitoring a team of till staff within a fast paced environment. In charge of selective hiring process- including ringing and organising interviews with potential new employees.

PERFORMANCE TEACHER at VOICE PLUS ACADEMY (2022-01 – Present)

Planned catered lessons and taught children and adults of all ages and abilities- maintaining a positive, optimistic attitude. Organised and directed film and tv themed workshops for children- writing, directing and editing short films inspired by their ideas. Also organised and planned Musical Theatre summer workshops in which the children could create and perform songs of their choosing (with direction).

BRAND REPRESENTATIVE at HOLLISTER (2024-01 – Present)

Working a mixture of opening and closing shifts, maintaining high standards of merchandising whilst answering customer questions and resolving issues. Working as a combination of customer service, cashier, shop floor assistant and personal shopper.

RADIO PRESENTER at GLOW RADIO (2026-01 – Present)

Planning, recording and editing a 3 hour 'Sunday Breakfast' show as part of GLOW RADIO (Surrey and Hampshire)'s weekly schedule. It involves ensuring local events, charities and news are presented with engaging and clear communication. Pre recorded shows allow me to research, edit and perfect shows to a high standard, all organised in time for airing each week.
