I believe that the best way to succeed in business (and life in general) is to engage with people – colleagues, friends and my wider network.

On a personal level, I enjoy performing on stage in plays/ musicals and pantomime. Or working behind the scenes as part of the wider stage management team.
In my professional world, my current role as a Delivery Experience Manager/ Customer and Client Success Manager, sees me looking after and ensuring the smooth running of the design and delivery stages of complex change projects for corporate clients.
I am committed to making sure all of our programmes are highly successful. No stone is left unturned and I always go above and beyond.
I deal at an executive level to ensure that programme deadlines are met and are coming in on budget with the expected ROI.
I also produce and Co- facilitate on certain programmes. I also have a background in training, online content and managing teams.
I am a very quick study and thrive off using all my transferable skills to ensure I am just as successful in the next role I do.
