I’m a hard working, dedicated and passionate individual. I always strive to do my best and I’m willing to learn. I have over 7 years experience within the Logistics Industry, along with transferable skills such as customer service, communication, organisation and team work.
Within the 7 years of working for DHL Aviation, my duties have included the following: contacting customers requesting additional information, receiving calls and emails from customers and supporting them with any shipment queries, tracking shipments around the globe, monitoring the connectivity of material, implementing process changes to support long term solutions, completing reports, analysing data, conducting audits to monitor quality and performance, coaching and training new starters, managing and supporting a team, providing feedback to colleagues and recording KPI’s.
I have completed 2 Apprenticeship qualifications; Level 2 Diploma in Customer Services and Business Administration, I also achieved a distinction in Level 3 International Freight Forwarding.
