About

I am a recent Food and Nutrition graduate and an Associate Registered Nutritionist with a strong, professional culinary foundation. Working as a chef has enhanced my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills within fast-paced environments, strengthening my effectiveness as a nutrition practitioner within a multidisciplinary health team. I excel at translating nutritional science into engaging, accessible resources for diverse audiences and have a particular interest in supporting individuals with chronic illness through tailored dietary interventions.
