I am a veterinary physiotherapist looking for a change in career into a healthcare admin role, with a strong interest in clinical coding. I have extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, disease pathology and various treatments available. My general skills include reading and writing specialist reports, extracting required information, communicating with surgeons, clinical colleagues and clients, and diary management.
I have some experience in clinical coding as my current role requires a small amount of it to price patient care accurately.

I started Delta Animal Massage Therapy in July 2021, changing the role of the business upon graduation from the Integrated Masters degree. My roles were similar to those at Delta Veterinary Physiotherapy; however, I did not practice prescription of electrotherapies during this time.

I worked seasonally as a kennel and cattery hand for 5 years at Burntwood. From 2018, I was a trusted senior member of staff and receptionist.
Volunteer at Mane Chance Sanctuary (2014-06 – 2014-09)
After completing school, I volunteered at the sanctuary for the summer. Here I learned the Trust Technique, a type of mindfulness meditation which helps to calm nervous animals. This technique has helped dozens of horses in the sanctuary's care achieve a feeling of safety. I have used this technique on very painful or nervous patients to improve patient relaxation and outcomes.
