I'm Hao-Yu (Justun), a 25 years old young man, I have several lovely experiences in planning and managing fabrics, garments, and factories. I'm a hardworking, lovely, and a person that easy to work with, I'm ready and willing to challenge myself to another level, as the inspiration that motivates me is never give up and never look back.

• Managing the UK factories and MTO (Made to Order)

  orders.

• Organised bulk production necessities and stocked materials to ensure they deliver on time.
• Negotiate the production price and MTO prices with factories.
• Order fabrics, linings, and trims for production and stock take, as also resource fabrics, lining, and trims if necessary.
• Communicate with the studio manager and organised to complete the alteration garments request from the Account

  Manager or Client Services.

•  Place the produce order and follow up on the production with suppliers.
• Manage to ship goods, fabrics, and trims to suppliers,

  warehouses, or clients.

•  Giving the new employee training on the systems and the production progress.
