British born Indo lankan chef for over 20 years, I have been working at the Village hotel in west Swindon for the past 9 months after returning to Swindon from working in a senior kitchen role travelling away, I have extensive food knowledge and butchery skills, I'm efficient, tidy and work hard, I'm excited about this opportunity and I am very passionate about food, work wise I have the experience to support the head chef and happy to help train and work with other chefs to impart my knowledge, I am humble and always willing to learn.
