I have a caring, friendly, and supportive personality. I am a team player but able to work autonomously. My skills and qualities include being punctual, organised, productive, polite, assertive, and ambitious with excellent communication skills.

I thrive when learning new practical skills and am enthusiastic and motivatedwhen undertaking new challenges to allow me to develop and expand my knowledge base. Confident in dealing with a variety of situations and assertive with leadership skills. I carry out tasks effectively when instructed however, I am open to constructive feedback and am able to change and adapt to achieve the desired outcome.

I work confidently and effectively in environments which involve dealing with members of the public in a variety of situations. Being calm, approachable, and professional allows me to resolve problems and manage confrontational situations. I have achieved these skills and qualities through a vast range of work experience opportunities.

My hobbies and interests include fitness, skiing, volunteering, reading and socialising. Alongside outdoor adventure, sports, and nature.

I have undertaken previous work in care settings for most of my life, being raised around a medical family. This includes, disabilities, children, adult, autism, and mental health with a variety of conditions needing personal care and diagnosis.

I have professional experience in care homes, care sectors both in nursery’s, hospitals, mental health facilities, community child care for venerable children, Paediatric A&E, and day relief.
