Having worked in four hotels and resorts of varying levels across three different countries, I bring a wealth of experience in adapting to diverse environments and ensuring every guest feels valued and well cared for.

I have extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, having worked as a Holiday Representative with TUI in Cyprus, Turkey, and Spain. In these roles, I was responsible for organizing and selling excursions, addressing guest complaints, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all guests. I successfully handled challenging situations, including accidents, evictions, and cancellations, which helped me develop strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

I am doing a BA in International Business from Glasgow Caledonian University, where I am currently completing my studies.
