As someone who is a target-driven student with a record of academic success, I am eager to add value to a quality-focused team. I am very passionate about community service and the NHS which is highlighted by my volunteer experience within the health and social care sector. Aside from this, I am enthusiastic to be thrown into the working world and tackle anything that is presented to me using excellent problem solving skills.
I am organised and motivated as I have spent 2 years balancing Psychology and Health and Social Care at Dereham Sixth Form College, and maintaining a social life. I have the determination to learn new skills, whilst also working closely with my co-workers with my buoyant personality. My aspiration is to find a role where I can gain more insight into further teamwork and management with the addition of communication skills.
In addition to all of this, I have a keen interest in mechanics, motorbikes and cars. I have spent a lot of my own working on my motorbikes. I have a long history of experience with computers. That being repairing them, building them, the hardware behind computers, alongside one of my passions in which is gaming.

Upon my prior 3 years of Care work at my current workplace, I have progress further and have taken on the role of Senior Carer. This involved me tackling difficult situations on a a day to day basis, having regularly contact with professionals e.g, the GP, Doctors, therapists: and maintaining a professional standard throughout all scenarios. This has given me experience in leading the care team weekly, improving my leadership skills and management.

I volunteered at Eckling Grange Care Home where I helped patients with day-to-day administrative tasks such as posting letters, paying bills and sorting paperwork whilst also maintaining excellent patient relationships by providing emotional support. This also extended to relationships within the care assistants where I assisted them with activities serving drinks and food to the residents. I also provided personal care for my grandad within his household for 6 months assisting in bathing, moving around, preparing meals and cleaning.
