Customer Assistant- Tesco

• Appointed to train new staff and help delegate tasks to fellow colleagues, offering continuous advice, mentorship and guidance on duties and best practises.
• Supporting customers and answering any queries/questions they may have to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Help with the changing of promotional displays to ensure they are up-to-date and correctly laid out.
• Ensure the shelves are sufficiently filled and stock is in the right place to support product location.
