National Scheduling and Allocations Manager
Liaise with customers with professionalism to achieve their satisfaction levels, while coordinating with engineers across the country to ensure the service needs are met. Manage a team and allocate work to 40+ engineers nationwide daily whilst ensuring KPIs are met. Produce and manipulate reports daily to present in meetings to the CEO and other colleagues throughout the business to drive for business growth and to see in which areas we can improve the service provided.
Speak to customers daily and respond to last minute changes by utilising my high level of organisational skills to meet all SLA's. Whilst managing my own team, I also respond to queries from supervisors of the engineers and must make influential decisions which effect several teams to ensure my role is effectively carried out. Assist with systems project management to create a more streamlined process for my team and across other departments within the business.
