• Delivered 5 formwork panel design projects for a specialist formwork manufacturer, using SICA to model and analyse GRP and steel panel systems, including single-side cantilever, two-side cantilever and single-deck simply supported configurations.
• Determined suitable steel ribs for 4 of these projects by modelling panels in SICA and using finite element analysis to validate structural adequacy.
• Prepared technical reports summarising analysis findings and submitted them to the manager for review.
