I am a confident and resilient person, and I am willing to get any job done, no matter what the circumstances are. I do not like leaving anything incomplete, so I try to the best of my ability to complete whatever needs to be done. I am willing to step out of my comfort zone when it is necessary.

I am also enthusiastic when it comes to learning new things. I am motivated to get anything completed as soon as possible and to the highest standard. I am a very reliable person and will be fully focused on what needs to be completed and when I am told to do so.

Since I have been working in Subway I have become a lot more confident than I once was. I have become great at communicating with other people, both co-workers and customers, and I have worked with a strong team of workers with great communication and motivation when working. I have worked with a poor team of workers who brought team motivation down and did not communicate as well as they should have.

But overall working in Subway has given me a good experience in working and has given me a chance to be a confident and outgoing person.

During my time working in The Nelson, I have developed my leadership skills to some degree, because there was times where I had to work with new starters and guide them to where they need to be in the workplace, I have also gained a lot of independence because of times where I have worked alone and had to depend on myself to get jobs done in perfect timing.
