Define business goals by liaising with senior management as well as led and developed IT projects for enabling the company to compete vigorously and enhance profitability in a constantly changing and demanding marketplace. Manage IT risks, including data integrity issues, unauthorised access to information, poor service levels, and loss of processing capacity. Ensure appropriate organisational structure and culture to support current and future business requirements.
Recruit, motivate and lead overall staff within the IT team. Collaborate with senior management for executing regulatory-related requirements in IT Applications to comply with the local regulatory body.
