I worked on the delicatessen counter advising and serving customers.

• Operated machinery, cut and weighed cold meats and cheeses etc

General duties working split shifts. The working hours were unreliable and unplanned so I took up a full time position at Jempsons.

Painter and Decorator - Painting & Decorating

I worked for a painting and decorating firm until the Covid restrictions were introduced.

• Painted the interiors and exteriors of buildings and houses
• Prepared paint and filler
• Learned how to work in a team and on site

Kitchen Assistant - The Royal George Inn at Hurst Green

Whilst still at college I had some evening and weekend work as a kitchen assistant. This helped me learn what it is like to work in a kitchen environment.
