Having attended a hospitality training programme with Springboard and also working in retail, I have now decided to pursue a career in the industry. I have previous experience in customer service and I really enjoy talking to people from all different backgrounds. I am keen to learn new skills and I am now looking for a customer facing role in hospitality.
