Hayden Webb

I am a hard working, adaptable, enthusiastic and reliable employee. I'm a mature team worker and I will do my best to conquer all challenging situations. I have experience working in a team environment as well as using my own initiative in the workplace and I look to gain further skills in diverse work environments and learn with my team to be as efficient and successful as possible, as well as gain further experience in different fields to use for my future university application.

I'm able to complete deadlines and cope well under pressure and always remain calm in stressful situations. I'm currently studying my A-Levels in Oundle, and I am looking for a part time job to help save for university.

Sales Advisor at H&M (2025-03 – Present)

I work as a sales advisor at H&M. I assist customers with their product selection as well as greeting them and understanding their needs which uses good communication skills, and I help provide information about our stock as well as helping to process transactions at the tills, guiding customers through the sales process whilst advertising the H&M members programme. I also assist on floor with the clearing of the clothes rail which uses strict organisation skills, teamwork and fast working and demonstrating good understanding of my stock and where to find it on the shop floor.

Chef de Partie at The Chequered Skipper (2024-09 – 2025-03)

Within my time working as a Chef de Partie, i gained good organisational and time management skills through being ontop of recipes and making sure all the food was to the correct standards within the appropriate time frames for the ample coustomer satisfaction. Being part of the team in the kitchen helped me to expand on my teammwork skills and communication skills in order for everyone to work coherantly and sucssessfully. Being a leader in my own section also helped expand my leadership skills by being able to take responsibility for my actions aswell as helping to train and assist new staff where required.

Customer Service/Waiter at Dukes arms (2023-10 – 2024-09)

As a Waiter i would greet coustomers and assist them to their table. Within good time take their orders whilst checking coustomer satisfaction and making sure the service provided was good. This helped me develop my communicaiton and coustomer service skills as well as my teammwork skills as I would have to communicate with my colleagues about the coustomers, to further expand this skill I would help my team in delievering food to the coustomers within in good time ensuring coustomer satisfaction.
