Whilst working at Gyllynvase Cafe, I have undertaken a variety of roles some of which included operating the till, serving customers and making coffees. Throughout all of these roles, I have had constant contact with customers which has increased my experience and knowledge of the customer service sector. I also had to ensure that Gyllynvase Cafe stayed clean throughout day and was fully cleaned after hours.

A final part of my job includes insuring the customers had a good experience and would like to come back again.

Whilst Volunteering at The Cornish Pirates Rugby Club, I undertook many roles.

• Visited 4 different primary schools around the Penzance area
• Worked with small groups of children (around 5-10) to help develop their rugby skills and knowledge
• Offered a summer job with The Pirates to help out around primary schools
