I started off as a casual barmaid, but made my way up to the bar supervisor.

• Working on the reception getting people on to bowling lanes
• Working in the kitchen, preparing food and cooking food
• Cleaning before and after shifts
• Key holder which included locking up and opening up the building before and after shifts
• Handled large amounts of cash, this included cashing up before and after shifts
