• Key holder responsibilities
• Cashing up and banking procedures
• Processing refunds/voids
• Planning staff rotas
• Processing staff wages on a weekly basis
• Stationary orders
• Overseeing staff performance
• Interviewing job applicants
• Staff training
• Stock control (discrepancies/faulty/damaged goods)
• Book in deliveries 
• Answering the phone
• Daily store inspections
• Regular contact with the Area Manager 
• Setting up new stores with the Regional and Area Manager

GCSE Grades B-D in 8 subjects including English and Maths
