I am a very friendly and hard working individual who has recently completed a HND in Art and Design and have experience in administration and IT. In my spare time I enjoy organising and completing fundraising events for various charity's.
In 2012, I volunteered in Barnardo's charity shop for at least six months. While working there I learned how to use a till, cash handling and customer service skills, as well as organisation skills.
In 2017, I volunteered with the Royal Voluntary Service where I worked with elderly people organising transport for them. While I was working there I had to undergo a series of short online courses that provided me with knowledge on common health conditions that affect elderly people, answering the telephone, taking notes, providing excellent customer care, using IT skills to enter user's details into a computer system, using location services such as Google Maps and using manual filing systems, filing paperwork in the correct order.
In 2024 I worked with NHS Fife Health Charity as part of a client experience and worked from a brief, creating artwork based on client expectations and presented my idea in a formal presentation setting.
In 2013 I undertook a business course at Fife college, which provided many skills ranging from IT, administration and legal studies. I learned how to use Microsoft software such as Word and Excel, customer care and family law.
In 2020, I began my four year journey studying art at Fife College and qualified with a HND in Art and Design, receiving an A grade for my graded unit. I also learned digital skills, including working to a brief, client simulation experiences, using Microsoft Word and Teams, online portfolios, and creating digital art using Adobe and other digital software.
