I have worked as an early years professional for over 16 years' leading high-quality practice within my own Ofsted Outstanding setting. I have extensive knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, compliance and quality improvement, which is evidenced through three Outstanding inspections from Ofsted and a recent inspection under the new Ofsted framework which was graded mostly strong. I am highly experienced in working alongside a local network of childminders, supporting and advising other practitioners through reflective practice, professional discussion and networking.
