I strengthened security through Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and MFA, and managed compliance, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
Within the NHS, I supported over 2,000 staff with Active Directory, NHS Mail, Cisco VPN, and a range of devices including Windows PCs, Macs, iOS, and Android, while improving service desk efficiency through accurate incident logging and SLA compliance.
