Within this role I undertook several duties including:

• Dealing with administration and reception duties at front desk and till area
• Performing retail and cashier skills behind the till and taking payments
• Promoting sales campaigns
• Engaging with customers and serving them in a helpful and friendly way
• Communicating with colleagues about what has sold and needs re-stocking
• Answering questions from customer, donors and supporters
• Ensuring staff areas are always clean and tidy
