I have worked as EYFS practitioner for 19 years. I have the drive and passion to nurture children. Guide and support them to become confident individuals. I listen to children in order to understand their needs and interests, thus enabling me to focus on teaching and learning to cover all areas of EYFS. It is important staff have sound knowledge of how children learn and develop. My role is to support staff in their training and build their skills and confidence.
