Helen Young

I have been in Education since 2016. I have had varied roles in the Education sector from LSA to department Lead Working with KS2/3/4 & KS5.

I am currently working as a DDSL and Family Liaison Officer and have completed my DDSL certification and a further certification; Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences.

I believe that every young person, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to succeed in education and unlock their full potential. I am passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where young people feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve.
