• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Help with mobility, including transferring from bed to chair and assisting with walking

• Help with medical equipments

• Perform scrub function
• Assisting in receiving patients in theatre
• Pack and sterilize surgical instruments
• Ensure before and after procedure theatre is free from infection
• Participate in preparation of patients for surgery
• Make sure theatre equipment is kept in good working order
