Goods Inward Clerk at Kerry Foods (2010-08 – Present)

• Creating Purchase Order for suppliers.
• Receiving the deliveries, checking all paperwork and sign them.
• Placing order for Raw Materials for factory use.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure that Raw materials are transferred in due time.
• Daily Stock take and proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Creating GRN for suppliers.
• Support during factory trials.
• Run the shift in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Answer phones calls.
• Ensure that all delivery notes and other paperwork are filled accordingly.
• Communicating with suppliers/vendors regarding delays or problems.
• Updating the Inventory with received items.
• Organizing and storing received items at the appropriate places.

Goods Inward Cleaner at Kerry Foods (2009-03 – 2010-04)

• Ensure that the Yard area is clean at all time.
• Ensure that all bins are emptied.
• Cleaning Spills and other messes up as quickly as possible.
• Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up.
