I am a senior Care Assistant who is presently working in an elderly care home. I am a caring and respectful hardworking professional who is flexible, friendly, reliable, empathetic, confident and with the willingness to listen and has a genuine desire to assist the elderly, young children, people living with dementia, strokes, learning disabilities, Parkinson disease and mental health issues by building up friendly relationships with them and thereby gain a greater consciousness of their practical and social needs. I also ensure that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of residents and their families in accordance with the industry leading standard.
