- M6 Lune Gorge Structures Improvement Scheme (£40K): Conducted a Category 3 (CAT 3) check of the bridge propping support system at Tebay, focusing on detailed structural analysis of the steel support frame and verification of the reinforced concrete design.

Ensured regulatory compliance and prompt resolution of site queries.
- Fawley Power Station Demolition (£40K): Led design and delivery for decommissioning multiple refinery structures in a live oil environment. Developed working platforms, stability checks, protective barriers, and innovative lifting frame supports to reduce fire hazards and site risks. - Whitley Bay High School Demolition (£30K): Acted as project lead engineer, conducting site surveys and developing safe propping schemes for asbestos-risk demolition. Coordinated with BAM and asbestos specialists and prepared all commercial documentation.
